A agent from ECB selling point for the Holiday club visited my parents on ther farm, conned them in buying cash points that will help them to get cash weeks, easily well this was all a the weesk that he showed them did not exsist and when they want to book the agent was nowhere to be found.

After three weeks they received the contract back in the post on which her signature was. We contatcted ECB and THe Holiday and after travvelling up and down my parents was told that the agent responsible for the was fired and that it had nothing to do with the Holiday club and is not there responisbiluty.

I do not understand how do you treat clinets that have been with you for twenty years in this manner, all the wanted was there points a valid contract and the week whick they was going to pay for at the rate mr Pohl offer them.

Today after two months I was informed that it isnot htere responsibility =, all i want to do is to warn people do not trust the Holiday club or any of there agents, they comit and at the end of the day as long as you fire the agent they as a compayny do not have any responsibillity towards you

This is shocking and very bad
