SAA fools refused to help find my phone

Flying back to JHB on Friday night, with my 3 kids, I forgot my phone in the seat pouch in front of me. Called SAA first thing on Saturday morning, and almost every day thereafter, being shoved from pillar to post. EVENTUALLY I get through to a particularly young man at 18:40 on the Lost and Found helpline and explain my query. He basically told me to off. I shouldn't be surprised.
