I phoned the cancellation dept (maximum delivery they call it) in April this year requesting cancellation of my timeshare points. i wanted to forfeit my points because i could never get the weeks and resorts i wanted. they were always fully booked. i was told by the lady to send am email. i was not told that i had to do it between Jan -may.
i now receive amount of R11000 that i have to pay for next year because i sent my request for cancellation at the middle of June
if i was told categorically that i must cancel between Jan -may i would have done so. i feel that this info was deliberately withheld from me.
