Unhappy on the call centre service! Spent nearly 15 minutes on the line! Agent first told me that he could not pick up my voucher, that i could not convert it to travel bank and he wasnt sure whether it was valid for 6 or 12 months! He cannot lend me further assistance! Does Kulula want to turn passengers away? After 12 minutes i ask to speak to a manager, Nadia, says she can see my voucher, i can convert to travel bank! wasted my valuable time and now i must hope to not looses my flight plans due to this delay! staff need to be adequately trained. As yet no response received on my conversion to travel bank!!!
