Kim turns lemons into Lemonade - AWESOME!

I wish to place on record my sincere thanks and appreciation to Kim Taylor, Client Liaison, for Flight Centre.

Our ABSOLUTE 3 week nightmare started at Flight Centre Randburg, in dealing with Juane, Kevin etc etc, and being stonewalled at every turn, in arranging / re-routing our flights to the Dominican Republic.

When it appeared that all was now lost, and Flight Centre was not going to budge, our issue was picked up by this extraordinary young lady, who turned the situation around in a heartbeat.

Kim, you have restored my faith in humanity (and in Flight Centre!)

You are an ABSOLUTE credit to the Company you serve.

Flight Centre are extremely lucky to have an employee such as yourself with your outstanding work ethic.
I certainly hope we cross paths again, its been a pleasure dealing with you.
