Called the no 0860 666524 as on the back of my Kalula Card, chose option 2 to do a balance transfer
Not sure what she said, I requested to do a balance transfer and she requested that I provide my limit details .. I did so but she was not happy with my answers and refused to assist further ..
She should have realised that I'm referring to my Kalula Card and Not y FNB card, at a stage I even mentioned Kalula.

The manner in which she treated me as a client is totally unacceptable and when I asked for her name the reply was "do you want my surname as well", i requested to be transferred to someone senior but apparently the who management team was not in... Way to go, seriously considering closing these accounts,

The service is excellent so sign up, but for this incompetent woman there should be no place at your institution
