My letter to Kalula... and then it died... after REPEATED correspondence from me to Kalula since the 16th of APRIL 2013, I have just being ignored

Dear Kalula,

Up till now, its been a pleasure to fly with you, but one unfortunate manhandeling (I suspect no attempt) of our luggage at Cape Town International, this is the damage (see attached documents) I need it URGENTLY fixed or refunded.

I reported it IMMEDIATELY at Cape Town Kalula, and they gave me a concession of R50 to wrap my case, on Kalula's cost, which I did, opn the return flight, I further got this SMS from Kalula with a reference to report it at Kalula O R Tambo for steps to repair or refund.
