Not returning damaged property almost 1 mth later!

BidAir Services are horrible. Arrived in late July without a bag and one very damaged car seat. Filled out the paperwork and was happy that the missing bag arrived a day later at the house. However, NOTHING on the paperwork that I filled out for the damaged carseat and bag. I wrote an email after a few days and then a week later, somebody came to pick up the car seat. Another week passes, no information. I write another email for a status update, no info. I call and after several attempts, they tell me the repair company is replacing the car seat but there is absolutely no date for the replacement to come in. Then, BidAir Services told me that I should call the repair shop! Why would I do that when BidAir is supposed to provide the services. I write 6 emails over the next 2 weeks saying, forget it, bring me back my old carseat (which is American). To this date, there has only been one email repeating that the company is trying to replace but they have no date. We just want our stuff back! Every time you call, they say they have no manager. Really??? Poor service, lack of follow up, listening, no management, etc. Unbelievably infuriating!
