Arriving back at OR Tambo from Bloem on Flght SA1012 on 19th July, while waiting for the shuttle to leave to the terminal my collegue and I witnessed our bags being taken off the plan and placed on the baggage transport. Can't miss them as they are bright yellow. When at the baggage collection, my collegues bag came out but not mine. When reporting it, the people working at the desk were lazy and non responsive. Someone eventually came, took the description of my bag and then went looking for it. About 20 mins later, my bag came out on the conveyer, with not explanation. The lock had been tampered with, but it's obvious that the person who went looking for my bag upset the chain of events which would have probably left me with all my valuables gone. When asking for an explanation, I was told that I would need to wait for one, which I was not prepaired to do as by this point we had already been delayed an hour. I completed a baggage irregularity report JMBSA87323 but have never heard anything since, now 1 month ago.

Sad to say, that ACSA has met my expectations of them. This is the type of service I have come to expect from such an operation.
