World Class Service from Freda Davids

I would like to pay special compliment to Freda Davids.

This lady, currently works for Airports Company South Africa in Cape Town. She is responsible, I believe, for security activity when checking your baggage before boarding a flight.

I had lost my phone on my way to catching my flight from Cape Town to Johannesburg. While contacting the airport the following day, I was contacted by Ms Davids, who had become aware of my situation. Shocking to me at such levels of service but this is the level of brilliance I was dealing with.

Ms Davids went on to take my details and in addition a detailed description of various facts surrounding my passing through security that evening.

Soon thereafter she contacted me again, Im speaking possibly 10 minutes later, with a detailed report on my activities at security. The lady informed me that I had indeed taken my phone with me from that point according to her findings and suggested I move onto the next stage of my departure.

This saved me immense time, as the lady narrowed down my search tremendously.

A very big thank you Freda Davids, something so small as a phone became so important to you. You deserve great praise.
