Awesome customer service!

I placed an order on Kalahari and just my bad luck the delivery company decided to deliver to the wrong address. Further more the delivery company asked me to go find my own package since they delivered to the wrong house in my street.

I called Kalahari and Karima Davids answered my call and kept on calling the delivery company and fighting with them until they went to go find my package and deliver it to the shopping mall complex where I was shopping that day!

Awesome customer service and going the extra mile i'd say!
