5 Months and still waiting for payment

A colleague and I were requested to conduct a three-day training session during September 2012, which we did with delight and to the best of our ability. As experienced facilitators, the feedback we received was very positive.

Now after more that 5 months from the date of invoicing, we have not yet received a cent of our payment, and no explanation as to why we have not yet been paid.

The following is copied from the Business Engage website: "Business Engage is an exciting and inventive organisation that is at the forefront of SME assistance & development and the empowerment of women. The aim of Business Engage is to enable individuals (both men and women) and companies to maximise their growth and profits through its diverse offerings that include networking, mentorship, training, collaboration, entrepreneurship development and support."

We have seen nothing of this, in fact quite the opposite. Business Engage professes to help entrepreneurs develop, but how can this happen when the entrepreneurs are not paid for their services?

I doubt that I will engage with them and can also not recommend them to any other organisation.
