I've never had such brilliant service!

I called Kulula help desk to redeem a travel voucher - the lady who took my call facilitated EVERYTHING .. from allocating the points, to booking my flight. Leanne called me back to ensure that I had received my voucher, she booked my flight and then called again to ensure that all was well.

Having worked in Client Service for years, I know all too well the demands of Clients. Leanne was beyond outstanding in her service, disposition and concern. Wow!! What an incredible asset she is to Kulula.
