Flexi Club useless as usual

I received an email on Monday morning from Flexiclub that the week end break due this Friday at Ngwenya lodge has been cancelled by Flexiclub as the owner of the week wants to use the unit. Then received another mail advising that another weekend in September, at same lodge, is also cancelled as the owner also wants to use the unit. I am supposed to be grateful that Flexiclub will not charge me a penalty for this cancellation. The apology is the general SA way - Sorry. No talk of compensation by other means other than we won't charge a penalty! Has Flexiclub got any time at any resorts? Corruption. We cannot even cancel membership from them. They always threaten legal if payment is late but no recourse for actions like this.
