Very bad service and disrespect

Translux doesn't respect the passengers, I'm so disappointed at this recurring bad service. Firstly it was when the bus delayed by 7 hours (supposed to leave Kokstad @ 20:05 but the bus arrived @ 02:00 am) no apologies no compensation nothing because seemingly you are transporting sacks or goats who have no say. Now today this bad service happened again (don't ask me why I'm still loyal, I'm amazed at myself too). The bus was supposed to leave @ 20:05 again which it arrived @ 21:25. The drivers and the entire crew doesn't even bother to explain nor apologize to the passengers (but again do they care, translux has received their money do what).

This is disappointing and selfish, I booked a Senior Citizen of 82 yrs old in that bus, for her to be treated like that and made to wait in such harsh weather conditions. Your call center promises to return calls which they don't (yes I spoke to Gugu frm yo call center - a lady). I'm really irritated by all this, but yet again I'm angry at myself why I keep exposing my family to this insulting service. Thank you, fortunately you have competitors on the road. I'll blacklist you shame to everyone that I know who uses the bus. It's enough
