Cancelation of membership and not responding

I want to cancel my membership, because I can't afford it anymore. I also asked them to stop my debit order with immediate effect.
I have already send three e-mails to "member accounts and customer care" on the 12th, 20th and 29th January 2013, but without any response. I also send an e-mail on the 3rd February 2013.
I am a pensioner and can't afford it anymore.
I also said that I am a member for more than five years and every month I paid with a debit order. There is no way that I can afford it in the future. I tried to avoid this, but I had no other option.
On the 1st February I received a SMS to remember me that my debit order with Flexi Club will run on 1 February. This is not acceptable to me.
On the website "Hello Peters" there are many people with the same problem with Flexi Club.
