I was sold a product that I cannot make use of as the sales lady provided me with the incorrect information. I have a child in school and my specific requirement was that we must be able to use the flexi points in December. She confirmed that it will be possible and even have some points that we will be able to use over a weekend. Imangine my supprise when i tried to make my 1st booking in September of 2011 to be told that I do not have suffiecient points to book anywhere over the December Holiday. I immediately stopped my debit order and contacted them to cancel my membership and was told that is impossible. I asked them to give me a settlement figure/ final payment amount. Nelson called me on the 12th of September 2011 confirming if I paid them an amount of R2800 the account will be settled. I paid the full amount the very next day on the 13th of September 2011. But this was not the end, after more than a year of silence i got a call from there Legal debpartment. Nelson has left the company and they cannot trace the call and according to them there is still an amount outstanding. I do not want your product!!!
