Good day, I'm utterly unimpressed with [URL Removed] with a flight I had on Friday, I was 3 hours early at the airport to fly back home to JHB. As I'm a tall person, I always do my utter best to be very early to get emergency exit or front row seats as they over the most amount of leg room. I was checked into seat 1C. As we were boarding the plane, I was then only informed that there was a seat change for me, as there was extra crew members on this flight. I'm utterly disappointed in the way this was handled. The ground staff was so rude, and I was told, if I don't like it, I could always find another airline, or try my luck on another flight, at my own expense! Please explain to me how this happened, even the guys behind me in the queue was flabbergasted as to how I was treated and how I was ignored. My seat on my boarding pass was scratched out with a purple pen, and seat 12D was assigned to me after the ground staff had a couple of irritated words with each other. I found the whole process so unprofessional, especially being so early at the airport to get a seat with more legroom! I'm a customer, and deserve to be treated as such. I don't deserve to be treated the way I was!
