Cancellation of the holiday club membership

On the 22 Septemeber 2012 I attended a presentation to join The Holiday Club by Gerhard Schimper. I was advised that i would be able to redeem my points immediately, and Gerhard assured me he would be able to arrange this for me if I had any problems. I have tried on numerous occasions to book at various resorts, but to my dismay i have not found availability at all. I have tried to book at the Drakensberg Sun, Riviera on the Vaal, Sabi river sun and Sun City.

I have contacted The Holiday Club and am never able to speak to Gerhard as promised during the presentation.

The process of acquiring a booking is becoming a frustrating experience and impacting on my well-being. In view of this I would like to have this contract immediately terminated and demand a full refund as I feel mis-represented and emotionally abused and coerced into an agreement that does not fulfill its obligations.
