Over the past few years, the service was fairly good until a year ago whereby I found my steering wheel oily and a slap chip in my car. Naturally the driver denied eating in my car but later confessed. Things were fine until a month ago where my car arrived almost an hour late. I was advised that my battery (6months new) had died and needed to be jump started. This was quite a surprise but I noticed my auto light switch had been fiddled with. I hadn't had an issue with my vehicle prior as the vehicle had just been serviced (2 months prior). This past week Friday used there services again. Met with Elise (driver) and told her that my car had been in a perfect working condition since the "incident" and requested they not fidget with Anything. To my surprise upon collecting my car the next day, I am told that they once again jump started my vehicle. I noticed my light switch was fiddled with yet again and the boot manually locked. I requested that the owner Martin call me immediately. 3.5 days later, I CALL him only to be told he has 8000 customers and has a business to run so doesn't have time to get back to his clients (even regular) and accepts no responsibility - Interesting..
