I would like to take this opportunity to thank SA Express for their ignorance, thoughtlessness and the effort they used to ignore my emails and telephone calls with reference to my complaint of food poisoning that I got from food served on a flight. Regardless if I was the only one or one of one hundred who complaint (as the catering company informed me that because i was the only one who complained they do not take it seriously) I paid for my ticket, was on time for the flight, was friendly with the rude stewardesses on the flight and you can not even show me the same courtesy and respond to my emails. Why do you as the service provider have so little regard for the health and safety of the people using your airlines, when in reality, it is me and thousands of other people that make use of your airline that contributes to the fact that you may receive a salary in a month. The truth is that you have no quality management over the food you serve and 'customer care' is phrase you use to make people think that you actually care but in fact you do not even comprehend the meaning of the words!!!
