I was flying back on 16 December 2013 from Victoria Falls using BA operated by Comair (BA6282) and I was not informed that our flight was going from Victoria Falls to Livingstone Airport and then to Johannesburg. This resulted in an extra 50-60 minutes delay in Livingstone, Zambia which was a huge inconvenience. To make it worse when we finally made our way to Johannesburg we were informed that the airline forgot to take food from Johannesburg and that we will not be getting meals during our flight. I assume that when I paid for this air ticket the meal was charged over and above the air ticket and since I never got the meal, I have been charged for something I never received. This was the first and LAST TIME that I use BA to fly anywhere due to this extremely poor service. I found it rather amusing that they did not hand out survey cards during or after our flight from Victoria Falls to Johannesburg. I don't think one passenger would have rated your service high at all. I would like to be re-imbursed for this inconvenience and poor service resulting in the delay in the flight and non-provision of food for the passengers on the flight back to Johannesburg.
