Reprinted slip instead of original

MultiChoice did not receive a payment in 31/05/2013, the slip is reprinted and does not have a transaction number. I contacted them (PEP) on several occasions without any help or assistance. On 03/07/2013 a Cashier at PEP informed me that the slip was a reprinted slip.
