STAY AWAY SA... FOR YOUR OWN GOOD & SAFETY!!!

On 20/06/2013 bus was scheduled to leave Cookhouse to JHB @ 19h45, the bus arrived 4 hours later (@ 23h45), with no communication to say that the bus has been delayed, even when i called the call centre i was promised to be called back to find out where the bus was, none of that happened. to top this off the bus driver (Patrick - PE driver) had such a bad attitude to all commuters telling us he CAN tell us anything because he is the driver of that bus. one commuter even said "you cannot speak to us like that you are not transporting prisoners"- that's how bad an attitude Patrick had. As if that was not enough, on stopping over @ Ventersburg we got out for a leg stretch, just walking around the bus all FOUR tyres of BJ97KC GP were worn out (i have pictures of these). we picked up several other drivers along the way, they were all so unprofessional, not even dressed in branded wear to tell that they were representatives of SA Roadlink. For R650 for the one way ticket, i KNOW i deserved a little more customer service than what i experienced. Even when we got to JHB EVENTUALLY i imagined someone from their offices would come and apologise on behalf of the company... NONE of that!
