Unfriendly Inhospitable Place

On arrival, after a stressful day the facilities were unacceptable to say the least!
One would expect after a full days work that you would be able to take a warm bath! Needless to say the place had no warm water!
According to the website there is DSTV! The TV did not work and no DSTV!
There is NO heating appliances against the cold weather!
Plus no coffee/Tea/Sugar sachets but one small expired milk!!

Management's solution is for people to shower and watch TV in another room!
