6 month Delay of Refund and Unresponsiveness

On 17 January, I purchased a ticket to Cape Town for my nephew on [URL Removed] Unfortunately, I entered the incorrect reference number when making the EFT payment. As soon as I realised the problem (the next day), I contacted [URL Removed] to try and remedy the situation. I was told that it took 8 weeks for them to refund you - an unreasonably long time for you to get your money back, but I was willing to accept that. Now, approaching 6 months after the fact and after multiple email attempts to follow up on why I have yet to receive my refund, I have not heard back from the person who said she had put the request through to their refunds department (even after contacting another [URL Removed] agent to ask her to follow up on the matter) and I see no hope of getting my money back. At this stage, I think I should get my R817 refunded plus the compounded interest I would have earned on it had I been able to invest it, as I would otherwise have done.
