Epeatedly bad service

My cousin booked return that was suppose to take him back to pta today at 11am, The trip was pta to dbn and back, now he is told that his bus was cancelled and the next bus will be @20:30, this means that he needs to sit at the station from initial checkin 10:30 time til 20:30. if he wants refund the cashier is refusing politely though with respect and profession. My cousin's main concern now is work tomorrow since the bus will be arriving @6am, he doesnt have extra cash to book for onother bus or to pay for atleast a sick note for tomorrow. he has already got the warning from the same issue before.
