Unsafe driving

On the morning of 20 June 2013 a bus driver came speeding past me on a solid line with traffic in front of him turning right in front of me with a near miss. The next moment he applied his brakes so tat i need to make plan to avoid a serious accident. Then he skipped a stop steet and makes a u turn when there is trafice infront and behind him stopping immediatly and spins away without taking any trafic in consideration. The bus nr ishhn 264 nw and the md nr is MB 17144. I tried to contact the company but nobody is answering. Could you please help me in contacting the company and sort the bus driver so that he can be investigated
