I am very impressed with the phenomenal and excellent service by RCI guide MR Bilal Pandor who made it possible at the last minute request to assist me in my accomodation needs for the 2013 KZN Ijtima in Durban.

I am very proud of him and would like to say he is a valuable asset and deserves a merit award from RCI for being remarkably outstanding.
