I was on holiday in Cape Town, from Johannesburg and needed to service my car. I would like to express my uttermost gratidute and appreciation for the outstanding, excellent and professional service I received from the service team, most especially Deon Robertson as the front man at the NTT Volkswagen Paarl. Their attitude and service makes me a proud owner of VW vehicle.

When I arrived Deon was assisting a client who had a difficulty of understanding English, as I stood there I was bowled over by the amount of patience, serenity, desire to serve he displayed. I was impressed before he even got to assist me. He truly is an asset for the Paarl Branch, and to the VW group at large.
