3 broken suitcases in one flight!

My family (6 persons) was traveling with [URL Removed] flight MN925 on Friday 07.06.2013 and 3 of their suitcases was damaged/broken very badly! How is this possible, one family and 3 of them with damage? They was traveling from ORTambo to George for my daughters weddings, paying thousands of rands to attend the wedding! I feel ashame and sorry for them to have to buy new suitcases for traveling back to Johannesburg. Any suggestion??? Surnames of the involved people are: Myburgh H / Labuschagne C and Maritz JMC
