As expected [URL Removed] customer relations and refunds departments have not responded to my email dated 20/05/2013. The apparent feedback/response time is 48hours, so Ive been told. Today is the 07/06/2013 and I still have not had any response from them regarding my query. They apparently do not take calls only respond via email! NOT!
Shocking Pathetic, Disgusting Service. Very quick to take your money, extra slow to return it
