On 1st August I filed a complaint, Thuli @ KULULA Customer Relations responded very quick - however, did not respond to the facts in my complaint and replied as follows: "We will be in touch with you directly to advise on your concerns". To date I have not had ANY communication from KULULA and my complaint still not resolved.
