I made a booking at Cayley resort, I want to confirm the unit booked as i want a unit overlooking the dam and mountain. I challenge you at RCI to contact your call centre 011 258 1000 and see if you get any joy. FREAKING I was cut off 3 times, transferred from pillar to post, asked to hold on next thing I am speaking to someone else then cut off my gosh do you know what is customer service??? I am so frustrated everytime I want to use my RCI points I always get bad service no wonder I never renew my contract and you can bet your last cent I will tell friends and family not to become RCI members, your are a bunch of who cant help
