Bad attitude

This has got to be the most arrogant person ever. i will never use this airline again or ever recommend it to anyone. when we asked her why our tag was stuck on the side of the bag and not around the handle her answer was "the handle is on the other side" and she proceeds to laugh. The flight landed at 16:12 and the bag only turned up at 16:50 with out the tag. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!! Due to poor service and unhelpful staff at mango airlines.
