BAD ATTITUDE & CANCELLATION OF CONTRACTS

According to my correspondence with Alison @ Flexi club I just discovered that you have to request cancellation from the board of trustees... Only they can approve or decline your request.. Pathetic really... In response to my question about what if you are out of work.. she said it doesn't matter.. you signed a contract.. and its stated in the terms and conditions...
FLEXI are pathetic... disrespectful.. and guess what if they cannot get hold of you at the office they request to speak to a higher authority.. Really now!!!

If you cannot reach someone leave a message to be called back.. this isn't done... they prefer holding on and cannot understand that a call to SARS can take up to 25 minutes... then the receptionist and whom ever is lying... and when you call back and you complain or address the issue.. they patronize you.
