The cancellation criteria mentioned by Flexi Club is not part of my contract. Even if you try to cancel between Jan - May. Your letters go unanswered. I signed a contract with Flexi Club for R454 per month and an Annual fee of R1500. Since inception the annual fees were deducted every month. Since Feb 2013 the month fees of R454 being deducted and R3700 without my authorisation. membership number 688710.
