I have been trying to changer my details and retrieve my pin from SAA Voyager for a month now. I have changed my contact details therefore I cannot receive and e-mails or SMS's from Voyager to retrieve my pin. I have called the call centre many times and have always been told to send them an e-mail with act of my ID document. I have sent this to them about 5 - 6 times over the last month and still no joy. I have called again this afternoon to follow up only to be told that there is a backlog for enquiries. I don't see how it is possible to have a backlog of a month. There is something major wrong with the SAA procedures if this excuse of a backlog is true. I always speak to a new consultant who does not know what is going on. I never get any feedback from SAA regarding this matter and do to know how to solve this small issue that has turned into a major problem.
