I think the Outsurance ad depicting staff members bending over backwards should also apply to Vicky from the Irene Mall in Centurion.

Not only did she patiently assist me through the multitude of holidays I looked at, rejected, approved and rejected again until we found a suitable one, she went the extra mile to ensure that this will be a great holiday.
