Riaan Maloney, your employee, driving a company car, struck the back of my vehicle on the N1 highway while on his cellphone. I presented all the documentation and 3 quotes (1. R8126.78 2. R8031.57 3. R2150) as requested. The third quote was lower, as I was rushed to get a quote since Riaan panicked when he discovered the damage was over R8 000, and I didnt have time during the week to see a panelbeater, so I sent a photograph and got a quotation, which obviously is invalid as you cannot provide a quotation without a physical inspection, thus making this quote null and void. Subsequently their attorney Ram Moodley returned with an offer for R2150.00. I rejected the offer and explained profusely. I never heard another word. I then sent two attorney letters and their only response was sending the previous offer again. I now have damage to my vehicle which I cannot fix with the amount offered to me. I am shocked that this is how a reputable company responds when the fault is 100% theirs. I believe I have been unfairly treated and I wish I had the money to fight my plea but sadly I do not. I simply have to suffer for someone elses careless driving and a company who clearly does not care
