No heate

I took the bus today from Johannesburg to east london it was late as usual. What was most desturbing was that the heater was not working and it was very cold we asked the driver several times to put on the heater and there was no feedback as to why the heater was not being turned on. In king williams town the bus left 15 minutes later cause he said he was putting on the heater and still it didn't come on. The lack of comfort promised in traveling with the company is not on and the fact that they were late without apologising is not right. We should be treated with respect we deserve as customers. Cause I was late for aa very important occasion and have missed my connecting transport am stuck here until I get transport. The thought of going through a cold bus tomorrow leaves me not looking forward to my trip tomorrow. Luxury?
