I feel quite disappointed now that it's 3 weeks into the strike. You know that so many people rely on buses, and with this strike in play, you've done nothing but take advantage! I buy monthly clip cards, which costs R400 p/m, and I'm now stuck with half a clip card because of this ridiculous strike! I now have to spend R185 a week for travelling which is unacceptable! You have let your faithful passengers down.

I'd like to know if we will be reimbursed for our losses, and/or if our monthly clip cards from 3 weeks ago will be valid to compensate for the time of the strike?
