Flexi Club wasting my last day of honeymoon

I wanted to take my wife to ushaka marine world for our last day of our honeymoon, on arrival one of the Flexi club reps approached us with two scrach cards and said it is a promotion. I asked the man if this is going to cost us money and he replied we won a holiday and free ushaka marine world tickets, we just needed to go to another building to claim our vouchers. I said we dont have alot of time as we need to head back to the airport (we basically had 2 hours for the marine world) he said it will take less than 20 minutes. So we headed to their offices about 4km from the marine world. On arrival the receptionist asked us if we have 1 and a half hours to listen to their presentation, when I said we dont and I need to head back to the airport soon, their attitudes changed. The receptionist said a car will pick us up infront of their offices. I waited about 20 minutes for the van to pick us up but NOTHING, we had to walk all the way back to our car (4km) We had no time left for the marine world and the return of our rental vehicle was more than an hour late so an additional day charge. Please save yourself the trouble and tell these people to just off!!!
