Very Bad Booking Service

I emailed Sharlene last Thursday to ask for options of fares and airlines for my friend and my trip.
She sent me the details. I CLEARLY RESPONDED TO HER TO PLEASE BOOK 2 SEATS ON ONE OF THE OPTIONS SHE GAVE ME (fair was R11147), She asked how we spelled our names and I sent it back to her.
I then asked when we could make the payment and only received an email the following MONDAY to tell me THEY WERE NOW UNAVAILABLE. She is claiming I never emailed her to book the seats, even though I have the PROOF! IN WRITING!! The same tickets are now R14000!!!
I will never be using Harvey again (and yes, I travel overseas at least 3 times a year). And I will be telling everyone I know, not to use them either!
Its a disgrace
