Misled and abused

On the 9th of August while on holiday in Durban we were accosted by Emmanuel, a marketer from Flexiclub who asked us to attend a no obligation presentation at the Palace hotel. For our trouble, we would choose vouchers from their partners. After being driven from uShaka Marine to the Palace hotel, we were introduced to Simone who did the presentation. We had concerns which we told her of but she insisted we buy the time share. Well, we stood our ground and she lost her cool and walked away. This was after insisting we wanted to leave. She came back after ten minutes at which point she tore papers she had been writing on rightin front of us. We did nothave our car which we had left at UShaka and at that point we felt we were detained against our will. We did not buy your timeshare and we certainly will not be considering it ever.
