Swap numbers between 2 mtn contracts

I have 2 cellphone contracts in my name with Mtn. Both includes BIS. Because my wife's blackberry phone broke, I used my upgrade to get her a new blackberry.

Now I can upgrade her number to get a new phone for me, but I don't want another blackberry and rather a samsung. This will cause a problem with BIS as this will fall away on her number, and I wont be able to use the Data bundle that is included in her contract. Its basically going to be the wrong way around. I don't want to take extra BIS and data bundles out.

I want to swap the cellphone numbers between my 2 contracts, as this will rectify the problem.

The lady at the call centre was unable to help me, and I asked to speak to a manager to explain this again. She said they would phone me back, but I am still waiting for a response.
