Sony Go promised in booklet no stock 3, 5 weeks!!!

3, 5 weeks ago I spoke to Bee about moving from MTN to CellC. She said to ask for a port immediately as this can take time. MTN ported my number within 24 hours, but now I have been waiting & waiting & WAITING some more!!
I researched what phone I wanted & especially wanted the Sony Xperia Go. On the 8 April I applied. Now more than 3 weeks later with multiple calls to them & them back to me & multiple promises broken there is still no available phone. CellC warehousing & sourcing procedures seems to be ridiculously inadequate. How can they advertise a phone & not have stock or be able to get stock? I am very dissatisfied.
