URGENT QUERY AND ASSISTANCE ACC A442563

To whom it may concern,

Late October round about the 20th last year I applier online to MTN Direct for a
TOP UP CONTRACT. When I was on the phone with Mr Emile Bezuidenhout, the consultant I asked him several times to make 100 % sure that I am contracted exactly for what I applied, which is the TOP UP CONTRACT for R409.00 per month. End of November I was billed R520.99 - which I though is a bit more because of subscription fees, so I left it and the money went off my account. End of December comes, I am billed R1190.21 - only then I realised something is wrong and I am most definitely NOT on the right contract.
I have left several messages for Emile to call me back and I explained to the people I spoke to, including Praven what my situation was. A couple days later on 8 Jan 2012 I received an sms stating that my contract has now changed to Top Up. STILL NO CALL FROM EMILE. I left another message.
I have two call ref numbers: 95390207 / 95536313

Today I receive an invoice statement that I will be billed R1495.08!!! For what exactly??? I don't care who messed up, sort it out!!! I want a credit on the wasted money due to pathetic service.
