I have joined MTN in November and I am seriously thinking of cancelling. Its the second time that my phone has been faulty and both times I have to call after them to find out what is happening no one ever gives me feedback. My phone was sent in on the 15th and mtn knew on the 18th that it's faulty but nobody contacted me and when I went there on Saturday their excuse was they never called because there is no stock, also the consultants don't know their facts and keep giving me different advice. 2 consultants advised that I can get a diiferent phone and just increase my monthly premium and one of them told me I can get an Ipad this was untrue. So my time and petrol was wasted going to mtn personally and still leaving with no phone, I'm very frustrated because I can't get a loan phone and they are not sure when they will have stock of my phone. So now I'm phoneless and I'm paying for something I do not have. The ultimate service received was unsatisfactory and I don't feel like a valued customer.

Received a faulty phone after renewing my contract
