I was really impressed by Web Africa's call center the other day. We had some power outages (for the first time after I got my new ADSL line) and I called in to get assistance.

I was not sure how to get the router working after the outage, but the staffmember guided me through the whole process and was very patient as my PC was quite slow for some reason. He displayed good knowledge and courtesy as one would expect. I have a Telkom line (Web Africa data provider) and phoned them first and although both companies identified the problem, the Telkom agent had no idea of how to guide me through the process.
